From an April 2010 assignment with Rare Conservation to document the Pride program and related fisheries issues in Bahía de Kino, Sonora, Mexico. Bahía de Kino is a small town located on the Gulf of California about 100km outside of Hermosillo, Mexico. Rare Conservation is running a Pride program in Bahía de Kino as part of a larger effort to promote and enforce more sustainable fishing practices and protect the nearby Isla San Pedro Mártir Biosphere Reserve.
